The room was very clean and it is pet friendly. I loved the indoor pool for the children. It has a wonderful barbecue patio with a fireplace as well. What I didn't agree nor liked was the fact I had to pay for parking. Paying this much for a room it should be free parking. On our second day there the cleaning Department skipped our room and didn't clean it or give us clean towels. Those are the only complaints that I have. I love the location very quiet and it's a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was a five star for me and my family.

Great hotel in all aspects...price point on the money. Spacious standard room with great amenities. Front desk & dining staff courteous, friendly & efficient. Will stay here again when my work sends me in this city.

Good suite to let me work remotely while my kid slept. Room comes with a small Kitchen to do light cooking. Near Lake Tahoe so we can go Tahoe meadow for sledding with our 3 year-old. The only cons is that the breakfast area is small & really crowded. Lots of people couldn't find seats. Food & utensils were running out easily.

The stay was fine, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical motel spread. The carpet in the rooms gave me the ick. The door to the room had a lot of trouble opening properly. The room was laid out in a strange way. Location is walkable to several local businesses and close to grocery stores

This hotel has it all. Great rooms, clean, comfortable beds and a hot breakfast the next morning. What's not to like? The check in staff made us feel welcome and valued IHG members. Even though we had a very late check-in, our room was ready and waiting for us. We even got an upgrade
